Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center is a 165-bed tertiary acute-care hospital in San Luis Obispo, California, United States. Its chief executive officer is Joseph DeSchryver, who succeeded Candace Markwith as CEO in 2013. It is owned by Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC).
The hospital offers a range of services, including neurosurgery, a high risk pregnancy program, a dedicated pediatric unit and a neonatal intensive care unit.

It is involved in a dispute with its unionized nurses over terms of its extended sick leave plan.
